Today is day 7 – the end of the original challenge – I am so grateful to my mentor for the push. My thoughts for this morning…..why is it so radical to love yourself and how you look? Where do we learn that from? How do we NOT perpetuate or project that on our children? How do we break the cycle of comparison and learn to just truly love our unique selves? Enjoy the journey…. so many unanswered questions…glad I am going for another 90 days! Have a beautiful day!
